We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product details, customization inputs, and order information before completing the purchase. Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. Any successful transaction made on our website is considered final.
Exceptions (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products)
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the rare case where a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details.
- An unboxing video showing a clear 360 – degree opening of the package is mandatory as proof for any damage or incorrect product claim.
- The product must be unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Once the issue is reviewed and verified by our team:
- We will arrange a replacement or provide store credit, depending on product availability.
Please note:
- Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Approval of returns or exchanges is at the sole discretion of Gifting Express after verification.
